MPC Solutions

Privacy Policy

How we handle your information when you visit our website or get in touch.

Last updated: 21 October 2026

This policy applies to the public MPC Solutions website at mpcsolutions.com. Mobile Price Card, Inc., trading as MPC Solutions ("MPC", "we", "us"), is responsible for the personal information described here. It does not replace privacy information provided separately for our customer platforms or services.

Information we collect

When you contact us, we collect the details you submit, including your name, work email address, company, job role, enquiry type, area of interest and message. We also record your agreement to be contacted about your request. Please do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information in your message.

To deliver and protect the website, our hosting services process technical information such as your IP address and request details. Our contact service uses your IP address, or an IPv6 network prefix, with a daily submission count to limit spam and abuse.

How we use information

We use your information to respond to questions, arrange demos, provide support and follow up on your enquiry. We also use technical information to operate the website, diagnose problems and prevent misuse. Sending a contact request does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

Where UK or European data protection law applies, we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and operating a secure website. Where your request concerns entering into or performing a contract with you, we may process information for that purpose. If we rely on your consent for a particular use, you can withdraw it by contacting us.

Service providers and international processing

Contact submissions are sent by email to the MPC team handling sales or support. We use Amazon Web Services (AWS) for website hosting, contact-form processing, email delivery and abuse prevention. Our business email and support providers may also process enquiries so our team can respond.

MPC is based in the United States. Your information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate. Applicable data protection laws may differ from those in your country. You can contact us for information about the providers and transfer arrangements relevant to your enquiry.

We may disclose information where required by law or where necessary to protect legal rights and the security of our services. We do not sell personal information collected through this website or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

How long we keep information

We retain enquiries and related correspondence for as long as needed to handle the request, maintain relevant customer or business records, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. The appropriate retention period depends on the nature of the enquiry and any resulting relationship with MPC.

The contact form's daily abuse-prevention counters are assigned a two-day expiry. The hosting provider removes expired records asynchronously, so deletion is not immediate at the expiry time. This expiry applies to those counters, not to emails or other technical logs.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not currently use Google Analytics, Google AdSense or HubSpot tracking. We do not set advertising or audience-measurement cookies on this version of the website.

Cookies from an earlier version of the website may remain in your browser until they expire or you delete them. Their presence does not mean that this website is continuing the previous tracking. You can manage stored cookies through your browser settings.

Links to other websites, including social networks, take you to services governed by their own privacy policies.

Your choices and rights

You can browse the website without submitting a contact form. If you choose not to provide the information needed for a request, we may be unable to respond or provide the assistance you ask for.

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal information, restrict or object to its use, and receive a portable copy. Where processing is based on consent, withdrawing it does not affect processing that took place before withdrawal. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

To make a request, email support@mpcsolutions.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it. We will handle requests in accordance with applicable law.
